All the King's horses and all the King's men, couldn't put Humpty Dumpty back together again. Of course they couldn't. If one wants a job done properly, one must do it oneself. Yours Truly, |

<Private;;cursed> I certainly do not regret what I have done; at the cost of but my sanity and half my magic, Fai has his magic back. I... can't say that I adore the feeling of having half of my magic, however. I feel weak; I tripped and fell at least five times returning home from the Deity's office. I have never tripped, much less fallen, at all in the years I remember. Thankfully, Fai is a younger version of himself today. If he weren't, then I do suppose I would have to cope with this weakness, and his scolding me. Maybe "scolding" is too light a term. |

<Voice post> No, Fai. You have to stay outside. </Voice Post> [ ooc; fai's back again, but ashura is unfortunately afflicted with the walking dead curse and looks fairly like a zombie. His door is barricaded, to block a certain blonde from entering. the claim is that he's sick, and doesn't want anyone else to catch ill. doesn't look like it's working too well~ ] |

Things have finally returned to how they once were, or as close as I believe they may be. Beg pardon for my sudden silence among the people; certain issues arose. Private // cursed // no visitors;; Foresight, or dreaming, as I have said is both a blessing and a curse. I awoke as I have every day, and then the visions came as they had before. I realize now that regardless of which reality I was in, I would be dead, only things were for the better in this one. Fai had been the one to steal my life from me here, and thus saved himself from what was but vaguely hinted to me by Fei Wong Reed-dono. A second curse, that would be added if I died by a hand other than Fai's. Luckily, Fai has been spared; and I must admit, I am very pleased to have not died of a sword through my stomach. One thing stayed the same, however. I did not witness it in this dimension, but I have my instincts say that it must be true (my instincts, in all my long years, have never been false). Fai cried for me. |

The screams of the dying and mourning are so easily heard from here. 'Tis both repulsing and comforting. I am grateful that it is not I in those streets below, dying and suffer as they do, but I cannot help but wish there was something I could do to thwart this madness. Fai, it would be most appreciated if thou would return until this plague has finished its business in this City. Thou art hurt, and though we quarrel and thou doest not trust me, there is no disease here. For thy safety if nothing else, I plead thy compliance. Have Sir Kurogane and Lady Lilith accompany thee if it so pleases thee. Yours Truly, [ ooc; The Black Death curse says that Ashura is Lord Ashura for the day. It also says that he's worried about Fai, because he's injured and the Plague would be a bad thing to contract on top of that. :x ] |

I'm... alive? How and why am I still alive? An explanation. Now.

Foresight and dreamseeing are very selective brands of magic. Very few are graced with them, and those with such abilities are generally very powerfully gifted with magic as a whole. In my experience, no mere clairvoyants or charlatans have been able to use such powers. Foresight and dreamseeing are also very unreliable magical talents that can never be counted upon to function properly when desired. Those who focus their magic in such areas may, in rare cases, be able to force such things, though they are known to be false and deceiving in such circumstances. Never should one base anything of significance on these visions, in the off chance that they are incorrect. Unless, of course, they take you at the worse possible moment, or are something you would not otherwise wish to see. Then, and only then, should you trust them. |

I hate this city-- complete and utterly loathe it. First all of the blood, then yesterday, and now... this? Whoever decided that these curses are a good things was beyond insane and should be put in an asylum. Yours Truly, [ ooc; Last day with the curse grab bag, and Ashura is a woman. Let's leave it at he's not pleased, hmm? Patience are running thin with this now well endowed woman |

It's been so long since I could think this clearly, and why, I have no idea. It feels like coming out of a snow storm, or rather, a blizzard. I cannot make excuses for myself, for I realize now that I have done more wrong than I can ever be forgiven for, so I will not waste breath to ask it of anyone. I think I can still feel the blood on my hands Perhaps I will be able to find some manner with which to make it up to those around me; maybe with the help of a miracle. What have I done? How could I do that to my people...? Am I really a monster? [ ooc; hellooo morality reversal day! since Ashura is a kind man, or at least seems like it, all the time, this is him plus morals and maybe even some honesty. dang I've been posting A LOT lately O_o ] |

[ accidental voice post ] *static, fading in and out* Wh-what is this? How on earth...? It must be this blasted city again. [ /voice post ] [ ooc; Ashura is now effected by the "Out Damned Spot!" curse. This is him sitting up in bed and finding himself drenched head to toe in blood that won't fsking come off. Have fun everyone who sees him! ] |

This city is horrid, though the citizens are by far worse. The ones responsible for keeping them in line are doing a wretched job. On top of that, objects rain from the sky? This is a lawless, odd dimension. Many thanks to Fai for the kitten. |

I must admit, the shock of suddenly changing worlds was anything but subtle. The differences between the Land of Celes and this city are really very obvious to even the blind man. The more intriguing question, however, is how I was summoned. Perhaps I’ll look into it while waiting; it should be an excellent use of my time. Though I don’t expect to be waiting much longer. |
